After long tenures in the customer service department of the company, several candidates are in line to be promoted to head of this department

"In recognition of the long-standing contributions of these employees to the continuing success of the company, we feel it necessary that we promote from inside - to a position where their abilities will be used to their greatest potential," commented a rep for the company.
